• REALISTIC OR MOTORIC PERSONALITY: people in this category are usually aggressive. They possess physical strength preferred to deal with concrete things, they avoid anything that has to do with other people or situation where they have to engage in an arguments i.e. use of verbal skills. Their preferred occupation include capentary,building technology, Agriculture, Engineering, piloting, food technology and a host of others.
• INVESTIGATIVE OR INTELLECTUAL PEOPLE: This people like to think a lot. However, they do not like any situation where they will be required to use their physical strength. They too can avoid interpersonal relation but their avoidance is not serious as those who are of realistic personality. They are analytical,curious,rational and like to be independent.Theirr preferred occupation include phyics,Aeronautic Engineering,medicine,law/pharmacy,biochemistry and other relate occupation.
• SOCIAL AND SUPPORTIVE: these people are sociable. They like interpersonal relationship, but they avoid situation which might require the use of their intellectual ability or the extensive use of physical strength. They are interested in helping others,very generously. Helpful and idealistic, they usually engage in occupation such as Nursing,Midwifery,Radiography,Teaching social welfer,clinical psychology, church worker and other related careers.
• ENTERPRISIN/PERSUASIVE: These are people who are very good in the use their verbal skills. They use to manipulate and dominate other people and so are concern about power and status. they are sociable like meeting other people.They will perform well in the following professsins.Legal work,public relations,hotel management,advertising,administrative,Diplomatic work etc..
• CONVENTIONAL/CONFORMING:They have great concern to rule and regulations.They havbe great self control and are ready to sacrifice their personal need when occasion demands.
